Added SFX and Score!

Hey Guys, Back with another Update.

Improvements:

- Added SFX (Sound Effects) for more immersive gameplay

- Added a Score function for replayability.

Issues: 

-No Hi-Score. Yes, i know, you want to be able to see your high score. when i come out with the final update, that will be there!

I had Lots of fun making this game, but it was difficult seeing as it was my first. I had lots of help from my schoolmates and instructor, and I will strive to need less help and make better quality games as I improve!

Thanks to anyone who stops by! I don't expect this game to blow up though.
