Added a new obstacle

Hey guys, back again!

So, in short, I made a new obstacle. Programmed everything necessary for it in!

I also edited the obstacle spawn times so the game is a little easier. before you couldn't really last longer then 2 seconds. now its more like 20 seconds? Pray to RNJesus for good spawn times, heh heh.
